Jul 7, 2007 · The ICS Titan is a Copper Head Gasket made by a well known gasket maker SCE.
Many 4G63's have tried to run Copper SCE Titan or SCE Pro Copper Head gaskets with O-Ringed motors.
Feb 5, 2011 · The bypass plate blocked off the FIAV while still allowing the ICS to be used.
The lower portion of the throttle body is still used with the bypass plate.
The other option is taking the lower half.

Even if a lower temp on its own gives 1 or 2% more power, that's nothing to sneeze at.
For that matter, you know the old saw from the car.
